SHIPPING INFORMATION

When all items in your order are in stock we will process the order within 24hours and then it takes up to 1-3 working days for it to arrive to you, depending on where you are based in Greece. When ordered items are not in stock we will notify you the same day.

SHIPPING

I ship ELTA Courier or POLYMEROS transport services for all of Mesogeia ground, safely and securely. At this time I am only shipping within Greece. We are not responsible for delays due to the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, and delays due to an event of force majeure.  The address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to a change of address or absence, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier otherwise he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping. The shipping cost is added to the actual price during checkout.

PACKAGING

 I wrap all items in multiple layers of bubble wrap and use my own shredded paper to ensure safe arrival. However, if an item reaches you in damaged condition, please contact me.

DAMAGED ITEM

Because all items are one of a kind and labor-intensive, I can replace the damaged item immediately with a different, but similarly priced object of your choosing. Alternatively, given four weeks lead, I can create one that is similar to the original.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
